Delete your Experience Club US app account

You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Membership & account → Delete account. Confirm your identity using a connected sign-in method or your managed account password.

Request deletion without the app

Email contact@experienceclubus.com with the subject “Experience Club US app account deletion”. Include the email address or sign-in method associated with your app account so we can locate it. We will verify that you control the account before acting. Never send a password, verification code or activation link.

What is deleted

The app deletion process removes app-owned profile data, optional birthdate, photos, interests, preferences, blocks, nearby presence, inbox/push registrations, app identity bindings and authentication. Temporary cleanup or source-status retry identifiers can remain until the required work completes. Deactivation alone does not count as deletion.

Remove selected data while keeping your account

Use Profile → Edit profile to remove optional profile values such as your birthdate, biography and social links, or to remove your profile photo. Save your changes. Pausing nearby sharing in Profile → Privacy removes your current nearby presence.

You can also email contact@experienceclubus.com with the subject “Experience Club US app data deletion”. Identify the account and describe which data you want removed while keeping your account. We will verify account control before acting. Some identity information is required to maintain an active account; we will explain if the requested removal requires account deletion or concerns separate club records. Never send passwords or verification codes.

Separate club records

Deleting your app account does not automatically cancel club membership or bookings, remove separately managed Notion contact/membership/registration/attendance records, or unsubscribe from website newsletters. Tell us if your request also concerns those records. Cloud security logs and backups follow the retention settings of the services that process them.
